Our main partners are Agrimontana, Icam and Valrhona. The chocolate we use comes from the main cocoa-producing countries (Madagascar, Ghana, Ivory Coast, Ecuador, Belize).
The desire to grow led us to create our own blend, Gemma 71%, a mix made from two single origins from Madagascar and Ghana. We are specialised in the production of chocolate bars, pralines and gifts for Christmas and Easter.
