The context in which we work and the typical products of the Aosta Valley area led us spontaneously to explore the artisan production of gelato. The milk from the nearby pastures of Maison Agricole Moin is the starting point. The fresh fruit of our territory and the choice of other Italian excellences such as Pistacchio di Bronte P.G.I have given rise to magical combinations, transforming simple ingredients into an exceptional gelato full of aromas.
With the chocolate blend developed by our Atelier, we have created our Gemma 71% chocolate gelato with both a sorbet and a milk base. Our rigorous methodology, the choice of genuine and fresh products from the territory, have been the perfect mix of factors in the creation of our exceptional gelato: its smoothness, high digestibility and the right percentage of sugar make
it a good food with high nutritional value. For our offer we preferred to choose few ingredients, the best, only 10 flavours but exceptional.
